    The squids used for our preserve are rigorously selected at their peak of quality and freshness. Following a thorough cleaning and preparation process, the small squids are traditionally packed into the container and covered with a smooth olive oil. This preserving liquid protects the firm, uniform texture of their meat without overpowering their natural taste of the sea. Finally, the tins are hermetically sealed and undergo a sterilization process, guaranteeing a 100% natural product free from any additives or preservatives.

    Ingredients: Squids (Doryteuthis gahi) and olive oil.
