Mussels in pickled sauce 8/12

Mussels in escabeche. Medium size. 8/12 pieces. 

Ingredients: Mussels, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, spices and salt.

The mussel manufacturing process begins by washing the mussels with clean seawater when they first arrive at the factory. The mussels are then boiled and the meat is extracted, before being fried in olive oil and placed in the container, to which the marinade is added. Finally, after being hermetically sealed, the containers are sterilised for perfect preservation.
