Siberian Caviar

Tibet Siberian Caviar is a black caviar of 100% Spanish origin made from sturgeon roe of the Acipenser Baerii species. This species, popularly known as Siberian sturgeon, is one of the most famous in all countries where sturgeon is successfully cultivated. The size of the roe is between 2.8-3.0mm, as the maturation time needed for sturgeon to produce roe is shorter, only 8-9 years. The caviar is canned fresh and without any pasteurisation. Its colour varies from grey to black, leaving an authentic, creamy taste in the mouth.
