Very few people know that the oyster is also cultivated in Galicia, in rafts similar to those used for mussels. They’re highly regarded thanks to the quality of our waters. The flat oyster is the most well-known, but other types can be found on the markets too.
They’re usually eaten alive, with a few drops of lemon, and have always been associated with sophistication and luxury.
The only difference between the various types of oyster we offer is their size: the larger the size, the higher the value.
