A succulent cut of meat. The 'chuletón' rib steak is a large cut of meat from the upper part of the loin that retains part of the rib bone and is matured for at least 1 and a half months. Being fattier than the fillet steak or entrecôte, its meat is tender and extra delicious. It's perfect for frying, grilling, griddling and barbecuing, adding a little coarse salt at the end of cooking to preserve all its juices.

Our chuletón rib steak is individually vacuum packed, with each unit weighing approx. 1 kg.
