One of the most traditional sweet treats of Galician confectionery. It's a delicious almond-flavoured cake that comes in the shape of the cross of Santiago, St James's cross. The production and consumption of this cake is recorded in manuscripts dating back to 1577.

    Ingredients: Ground ALMOND (28%), sugar, EGG, shortcrust pastry (WHEAT flour, BUTTER, caster sugar, EGG, salt, flavourings), BUTTER, WHEAT flour, EGG whites, glucose, lemon zest.

    May contain traces of cereals, nuts and eggs. Product made with gluten and milk derivatives.
