Atlantic cod, a white, saltwater fish. Also known as common cod (Gadus Morhua), it is the most commonly fished and lives in the colder, temperate seas of northern Europe.

Excellent loin of desalted cod of 600-700 gr. approx., ideal for 2-3 people. It stands out for its white and firm flesh.

This cod is delivered desalted, perfectly salted and ready to cook. It has been previously salted and desalted.

With the onset of winter, thousands of cod make the journey from the icy waters of the Barents Sea to the warmer waters of Vestfjorden on the northern coast of Norway, where they spawn.
