Atlantic cod, a white, saltwater fish. Also known as common cod (Gadus Morhua), it is the most commonly fished and lives in the colder, temperate seas of northern Europe.

Excellent loin of desalted cod of 600-700 gr. approx., ideal for 2-3 people. It stands out for its white and firm flesh.

This cod is delivered desalted, perfectly salted and ready to cook. It has been previously salted and desalted.

Store between 0º and 4ºC. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days.

Cod (Gadus morhua), one of 60 species of a family of migratory fish that inhabit cold seas of the North Atlantic Ocean such as the Barents Sea. With the onset of winter, thousands of cod make the journey from the icy waters of the Barents Sea to the warmer waters of Vestfjorden on the northern coast of Norway, where they spawn.
