Oscietra Caviar del Tíbet is obtained from the female Ascipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon, which takes up to 10 years to reach maturity and start producing roe. Originally from the Caspian Sea, it’s one of the most famous caviars in the world. The roe measures more than 3.0 mm. Its texture is firm and has a unique and glazed shine, and its intense creamy flavour has a delicious nutty touch. Its colour is somewhere between dark brown and pearly brown, sometimes even a brownish yellow.
