Galician razor clams natural 5/7

Razor clams from the Galician Rias in their natural state. Medium and large size respectively, can of 5/7 pieces.

The razor clams used for our preserves are only caught in the Galician estuaries, and always at their optimum harvesting time. They are purified to guarantee a clean and sand-free final product. They are then boiled and washed in hot water with bay leaves, onion and lemon, to give them aroma and flavour. Finally, they are packed one by one in tins, covered with natural water, sealed and sterilised.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
