Galician razor clams natural 6/8

Longline from the Galician Rias in Galicia. Medium and large size respectively, can of 5/8 pieces.

The razor clams used in our canned fish are only caught in the Galician estuaries and always at their optimum harvesting time. They are purified to guarantee a clean and sand-free final product. They are then boiled and washed in hot water with bay leaves, onion and lemon to give them their aroma and flavour. Finally, they are packed one by one in cans, covered with natural water, hermetically sealed and sterilised.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
