Our spider crab pâté is made using a completely artisanal process. It begins in the month of November, when the spider crab catching season opens in Ría de Arousa.
Once purchased at the market, the spider crab is processed. It's cooked and then broken up manually, before being combined with the other ingredients. Once a homogeneous mixture is obtained, we proceed to the tinning process, closing and sterilising the containers.
This strictly controlled process guarantees the conservation and quality of the product for approximately 4 years. It's dye and preservative-free and suitable for coeliacs.
Ingredients: spider crab (35%), mussels, anchovy, egg, mayonnaise and surimi.
