Siah

White wine made from native Galician grape varieties from the area of Leiro (Orense), under the D.O. Ribeiro: Treixadura, Godello and Albariño.

SIAH is the personal project of Isabel Salgado, prestigious oenologist at Bodegas Fillaboa for 22 years, and specialised in the production of Galician white wines.

Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (14º-16ºC) in French oak Foudre, and ageing on its lees for 9 months. Filtered and bottled in July 2020.

A clean, bright straw yellow young wine. On the palate it is balanced, with well-integrated acidity, tasty and persistent. On the nose there are notes of ripe fruit, apple, white flowers, toasted and spicy aromas from the ageing in wood and a subtle aroma of yeast.

Contains sulphites. 75 cl. 13% vol.
