Salted beef chuletón steak

Ingredients

- Cow T-bone steak, 600 g (4 units.)

- Olive oil (40 ml)

- Salt and ground black pepper

- Maldon sea salt

- Extra virgin olive oil

Method

Take the meat out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Heat a grill, cover the meat with oil and grill the chuletón steak on both sides over moderate heat. Once golden, remove and season. Cut into escalopes, plate and season with Maldon salt and raw extra virgin oil.
