Blinis with caviar del tíbet


- Tin of Caviar del Tíbet, 50 g (to taste)
- Smoked salmon
- Crème Fraîche
- Fresh herbs (curly parsley, dill or chives)


Ingredients for the dough (makes 25 bite-sized blinis):

- Flour (75 g)
- Milk (75 ml)
- Egg (1 pc.)
- 50 g crème fraîche
- Baking powder (1 tsp.)
- Salt (1/2 tsp.)


1. To make the dough, put all the ingredients in a blend and mix.

2. Pour small portions of dough onto a pan greased with butter. When you see bubbles appear on the surface, it's cooked, so turn it over and cook a little on the other side.

3. Cut the salmon into small strips.

4. Prepare each blini by placing a little crème fraîche on top alongside a small piece of smoked salmon and a teaspoon of Caviar del Tibet.

5. Garnish with fresh herbs and eat immediately.
