Seafood and fish grill


- Hake, sliced (4 pcs. of 100 g)

- Monkfish, sliced (4 pcs. of 100 g)

- Scampi (4 pcs. of 125 g)

- Squid (1 pc. of 200 g)

- Large mussels (120 g)

- Olive oil, 2 tbsp.

- Salt

- White pepper

- Maldon or Flor de Sal salt


Clean the squid and cut it into rings. Clean the mussels, steam them open, and remove one of their shells. Open the scampi in half. Coat the fish and seafood with oil and roast on the grill or in a pan, then remove and season. Plate up aesthetically and accompany with lemon to taste. Season with Maldon or Flor de Sal salt.
