Steamed mussels with lime juice


- Mussels (1 kg)

- Lime (1 pc.)

- Minced garlic cloves (2 pcs.)

- Olive oil

- White wine (50 ml)


In the pot with a trickle of oil, brown the peeled and chopped garlic, add the wine, lime zest and its juice; then add 200 ml of water and let it boil for a couple of minutes.

Wash and clean the mussels and put them in the steamer on top of the previous mix, then cover and leave until they open.

To serve:

Serve on a platter with chopped parsley, accompanied by the emulsified juices from the pan. Time: 25 min / For 4 people
