Beef burger with fried onion and galician tetilla cheese

Ingredients

- Beef burger of 150 g (4 units.)

- Olive oil (60 ml)

- Galician tetilla cheese (280 g)

- Burger bun (4 units.)

- Rocket (60 g)

- Olive oil (150 ml)

- Onion (200 g)

- Sweet gherkins (60 g)

- Ripe tomatoes (320 g)

- Salt

Method

Heat a pan with oil, add the sliced onion and fry until golden brown, remove and put on kitchen paper to dry the excess oil, season, then set aside. Heat a grooved grill pan, cover with oil, and grill the burger on both sides. Once grilled, add the cut tetilla cheese and continue cooking until it melts a bit, then remove and add the fried onion. Open the bun, add the rocket, cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the rocket, add cut sweet gherkins, add the burger with the cheese and onion, then put on the top and serve.
