Octopus and prawns with la⁠vera smoked paprika vinaigrette

Ingredients

- Octopus (2 kg)

- Prawns (500 grams)

- Small onion (1 pc.)

- Cloves (2 pcs.)

- Salt

Method

Heat water in a deep pot, add the onion and pricked cloves, and bring to a boil. Clean the octopus. Dip it into the boiling water for a few seconds, up to three times, then leave in the water and boil until tender. Prick with a skewer to check.

Allow to cool in the water, remove once cold, then put aside in the fridge.

For this recipe, we only need a part of the octopus

Method - La Vera smoked paprika vinaigrette

Ingredients:

- La Vera smoked paprika, 8 g

- Sherry vinegar, 20 ml

- Salt

- Olive oil, 80 ml

Mix the ingredients together
