Baby Squid

The Patagonian baby squid (Loligo patagonico), a cephalopod common in the shallow cold waters of southern Argentina.

It is characterised by an elongated and flattened body, with a white, soft and thin skin. Its sweet taste delights squid recipes, suitable for the whole family, even the youngest members of the household.

It stands out nutritionally for being a source of high quality proteins, low in calories and saturated fats. Ideal food in balanced and healthy diets. Recommended for people with diabetes and gluten intolerance.
