The Atlantic cod is a white, saltwater fish. Also known as the common cod (Gadus Morhua), it’s the most commonly caught species and lives in the coldest and most temperate seas of northern Europe.
An excellent desalted cod loin of approx. 500–600 g, perfect for 2–3 people. It stands out for its firm, white meat.
To cook it, submerge the unopened bag in 55°C water for 10 minutes.
This cod is delivered desalted, meaning it´s salt level is perfectand ready to cook. It has already been salted and desalted.
Store between 0 and 4°C. Once opened, consume within 2–3 days.
