Authentic razor clams from the Galician estuaries, hand-picked by our shellfish gatherers in the best months for harvesting.

The canned razor clams are purified after being harvested and cooked in the traditional Galician way, leaving them at the perfect cooking point. They are then canned without any additives or preservatives. Each tin contains medium and large-sized razor clams, between 5 and 8 pieces per tin. Ideal to eat straight from the can. An easy and delicious appetizer that you can always have on hand in your pantry. If you want to grill razor clams, we recommend buying fresh razor clams.

Each tin is hand-wrapped in Mariskito's own facilities using recycled paper for the wrapping.

    Longline from the Galician Rias in Galicia. Medium and large size respectively, can of 5/8 pieces.

    The razor clams used in our canned fish are only caught in the Galician estuaries and always at their optimum harvesting time. They are purified to guarantee a clean and sand-free final product. They are then boiled and washed in hot water with bay leaves, onion and lemon to give them their aroma and flavour. Finally, they are packed one by one in cans, covered with natural water, hermetically sealed and sterilised.

    Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
