At Mariskito, you can try up to three different species of clam, all of them farmed in Galicia: the banded carpet shell clam, the pullet carpet shell clam, the surf clam and the large grooved carpet shell clam. All these varieties of clam have the same oval shape but vary in size and colour. 

Our oysters are sought-after thanks to the quality of our waters. There are different types in the markets, the flat oyster being the most well-known, alongside the Pacific oyster, of French origin but cultivated in Galician rafts.
