All the seafood dishes are prepared very early in the morning at our facilities in the port of Vigo with live seafood freshly brought from the fish market, located just 100m from Mariskito.
Every morning, our experts cook the different types of seafood in sea water, paying close attention to the cooking time, so that each piece is cooked to the right point of flavour and texture. How to conserve
If ordering Galician seafood at home is very easy thanks to mariskito.com, keeping it at home and serving it to your family and friends is even easier. To preserve it you only have to put it in the fridge and keep it refrigerated. When it's time to serve it, you don't even have to heat it up (it's not advisable as that would overcook the seafood), so you only have to take it out approximately 1 hour before, so that the seafood is at room temperature and you can enjoy all the flavour of our estuaries as if you were in Galicia.
